SAN DIEGO, CA — ATA Engineering announces the immediate release of TIER, our new online software support database where users can submit requests for enhancements, file technical issues related to software products, and also search for resolutions to previously submitted issues. The new web interface to TIER is available to all customers and is intuitive to use.
TIER support for ATA software products includes:
- ROTATE: Recently acquired by ATA from Vold Solutions, ROTATE is used to post-process test data for high-precision extraction of harmonics, orders, resonances, and transients in complex operating data. ROTATE’s unique diagnostic graphics and torsional vibration decoding algorithms are used daily by many kinds of engineers, ranging from rotating-machinery maintenance specialists to Formula One and NASCAR racecar teams.
- Attune: Attune offers the very latest technology for semiautomatically adjusting and refining a finite-element dynamics model to correlate with test data.
- IMAT: Interface between MATLAB, Analysis, and Test data. This software is a MATLAB toolbox that enables engineers to further integrate and customize their mechanical test and analysis tasks.
- VibraSuite: VibraSuite is a combined mechanical test and analysis product offering from Vibrant Technology and ATA Engineering. Vibrasuite’s benefit is high product flexibility at a low cost. VibraSuite gives users access to a complete mechanical test and analysis software suite which packages the market leading software products ME’Scope, Rotate, IMAT and Attune.
